Family Mac & Cheese




Ingredients: 

  • 1 box of cooked Elbow Macaroni
  • ½ cup of shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan
  • ½ cup Velveeta cheese
  • ½ cup swiss cheese
  • 2 to 3 cups of milk & cream (half % half)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 1 to 2 tsp salt
  • 1 to 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 to 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 to 2 tsp ground mustard

Instructions: 

1.    Preheat oven to 350°F.  

2.    Cook your elbow macaroni according to the instructions.

3.    Drain the macaroni noodles and place in a large bowl.

4.    Add the cheeses, milk & cream, butter, salt, pepper, paprika and ground mustard but be sure to taste as you season the macaroni mixture to adjust to your taste.

5.    Add beaten eggs. 

6.    Pour the macaroni mixture into a large casserole dish or pan.

7.    Bake at 350°F for about 30 - 45 minutes.  Allow to cool and Enjoy!
