Family Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 box of cooked Elbow Macaroni
- ½ cup of shredded cheddar
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded parmesan
- ½ cup Velveeta cheese
- ½ cup swiss cheese
- 2 to 3 cups of milk & cream (half % half)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 to 2 tsp salt
- 1 to 2 tsp pepper
- 1 to 2 tsp paprika
- 1 to 2 tsp ground mustard
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook your elbow macaroni
according to the instructions.
3.
Drain the macaroni noodles
and place in a large bowl.
4.
Add the cheeses, milk
& cream, butter, salt, pepper, paprika and ground mustard but be sure to taste
as you season the macaroni mixture to adjust to your taste.
5.
Add beaten eggs.
6.
Pour the macaroni
mixture into a large casserole dish or pan.

Bake at 350°F for about 30
- 45 minutes. Allow to cool and Enjoy!
