Pinot Noir Honey Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup Pinot Noir or Red Wine of your choice
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
- Combine, wine, soy sauce, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes together.
- Place pork chops in a bowl or ziplock bag, pour the marinade mixture over the chops and cover or close.
- Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Heat indoor or outdoor grill.
- Remove chops from marinade and cook on hot grill 5 to 6 minutes per side.
