Pinot Noir Honey Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients: 

  • 4 to 6 Pork Chops 
  • 1/2 cup Pinot Noir or Red Wine of your choice   
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 
  • 1/2 cup Honey 
  • 2 tbsp minced Garlic 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 

Instructions: 

  1. Combine, wine, soy sauce, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes together.  
  2. Place pork chops in a bowl or ziplock bag, pour the marinade mixture over the chops and cover or close.  
  1. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour. 
  2. Heat indoor or outdoor grill. 
  3. Remove chops from marinade and cook on hot grill 5 to 6 minutes per side.
