Pasta Salad with Bacon & White Wine Vinigrette Dressing
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Tri-Color Spiral Pasta or pasts of your choice
- 4 - 6 slices of cooked bacon (optional)
- 1/2 cup White Wine of your choice
- 1/2 or 1 cup your favorite Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 jar or can of marinated artichoke hearts
- I small jar of marinated red bell peppers
- 2 tbsp chopped olives
- 1/4 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cilantro
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the pasta according to the package
- Cook the bacon then slice it into pieces and set aside
- Mix Italian dressing, white wine, chopped olives, olive oil together and all dry seasonings together
- Drain the pasta
- Place pasta in large bowl
- Add artichoke hearts, bell peppers, Parmesan cheese and bacon to pasta and stir
- Pour & stir in the white wine Italian vinaigrette dressing to the pasta
- Mix very well and serve with a glass of your favorite Wine!
