Pasta Salad with Bacon & White Wine Vinigrette Dressing


 Ingredients: 

  • 16 oz. Tri-Color Spiral Pasta or pasts of your choice  
  • 4 - 6 slices of cooked bacon (optional)  
  • 1/2 cup White Wine of your choice  
  • 1/2 or 1 cup your favorite Italian Vinaigrette Dressing 
  • 1 jar or can of marinated artichoke hearts 
  • I small jar of marinated red bell peppers 
  • 2 tbsp chopped olives 
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp sea salt  
  • 1 tsp pepper  
  • 1/2 tsp parsley  
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning  
  • 1/2 tsp cilantro 
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese 

Instructions: 

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the package 
  2. Cook the bacon then slice it into pieces and set aside 
  3. Mix Italian dressing, white wine, chopped olives, olive oil together and all dry seasonings together 
  4. Drain the pasta  
  5. Place pasta in large bowl 
  6. Add artichoke hearts, bell peppers, Parmesan cheese and bacon to pasta and stir 
  7. Pour & stir in the white wine Italian vinaigrette dressing to the pasta 
  8. Mix very well and serve with a glass of your favorite Wine!
