Fish and Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb of shrimp of your choice
- 1 lb of Fish of your choice
- Soft Tortilla shells
- Vegetable oil (enough to fill cast iron skillet or pan half way)
- 1 - 2 cups cornmeal depending on how much seafood you have
- 1 pkg Cabbage slaw
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Rose Wine
- 2 tsp cilantro
- 1 - 2 limes
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
Rose Wine Slaw Instructions:
- Rinse your Cabbage Slaw and place in a large bowl
- Add 1/2 cup mayo, Rose wine salt, pepper, cilantro, to taste and mix well
- Squeeze in the the lime to your taste, stir, cover and place in the fridge
Spicy Cilantro Lime Mayo Instructions:
Fish and Shrimp Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in pan to 350°F
- Season the fish and shrimp with salt, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder
- Dredge the fish and shrimp in the corn meal
- Place the fish in hot vegetable oil
- Let fish fry for approximately 2 - 3 minutes, fli and repeat
- Fry shrimp in the same pan for about 2 minutes
- Place fish and shrimp on paper towel lined plate to drain
- Cut fish up into bite size pieces
- Heat tortilla on a hot flat skillet or griddle for 1 - 2 minutes each side or wrap in paper towels and place in microwave for a few seconds
- Spoon the Spicy Cilantro Lime Mayo on the tortilla
- Place a few pieces of fish or shrimp on top
- Place some of the Rose Wine Cabbage Slaw on top of the seafood
- Squeeze a little lime juice on top and top with a small piece of lime (optional)
- Pour yourself a glass of Rose Wine and ENJOY!
